So heres the reason i cant believe the bible. Its the fact that people claim god is perfect and loving, never making mistakes, never feel guilty for his actions. Reading the bible i cannot believe that to be true. If God is real he is also flawed. He succumbs to his anger and causes mass destruction, for which he promises to never do again. That is guilt, he knows he made a mistake. Party is why i could believe Christianity, in the idea that God did make many mistakes with us, and that he had to send down his only begotten son to not only save us from his own anger, but also to connect with us on our grounds as man, so that he could understand us better. But for me the God of the bible cannot be perfect. Perfection does not exist.

I think Jesus would be okay with going to therapy. It could be really helpful. There are also Christian therapists who take a biblical approach to therapy.

Well you are wrong. No therapist can save you. Jesus died on the cross to save you, he showed you his love and mercy. He is the only one that can lift you up and make you new. He is the only one that can erase your sins and bring the light.

I hate logan but he didnt attack him for believing in jesus. Logan is telling the guy that he still sees him broken no matter how much he says that jesus is fixing it all and that seeing a therapist (on top of everything he already does) MAY help. He never says to not believe. He never says that he is wrong for believing. He simply offers up another option that the guy could pursue if he wanted more help.
